REMARKS :
After the release of the staff report, a typo occurred in the Exhibit A to Attachment 1.
Attachment 3 contains the replacement page.
Attachment 4 contains public comments received after the distribution of the staff report. Two
Council Members have requested staff responses to Mr. Koen’s communication. These
responses will be provided in a Desk Item tomorrow.
