TO EXCEED $247,000 I N FISCAL YEAR 2018/1 9 AND $100,000 PLUS
ANNUAL CONSUMER PRIC E INDEX ADJUSTMENTS ANNUALLY
THEREAFTER.
B. AUTHORIZE RE VENUE AND EXPENDITURE BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $47,000 FROM THE TREE REPLACEMENT DEFERRED
REVENUE ACCOUNT AVAILABLE FUNDING SOURCE.
REMARKS :
This addendum reflects public comment received from 11:01 a.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018
through 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 4, 2018.
The information from West Coast Arborist is provided as further support of the appeal of the
award of this item to Brightview Tree Company. The information provided does not change the
decision of the D epartment D irector in review of the appeal. A follow up response to West
Coast Arborists is attached.
