A RESOLUTION APPROVING MONTHLY
SALARY COMPENSATION FOR TOWN
CLERK.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has reviewed the performance of the
Town Clerk in her official capacity as Town Clerk for the Town of
Los Gatos; and
WHEREAS, Council has determined her performance to be outstanding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the monthly salary compensation
for the Town Clerk shall be set at $2,570.00 a month effective July 1, 1981;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Clerk shall be eligible for
Group I fringe benefits as detailed in the adopted Management Compensa-
tion Plan for the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 15th day of
June , 1981, by the following vote:
