A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO REPRESENT
THE TOWN IN REPURCHASE OF LAND FROM CENTRAL FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN
MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS CONCERNING THAT
PURCHASE.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does
hereby authorize the Town Manager to act on behalf of the TOWN OF LOS
GATOS in signing all necessary documents to conclude the transaction of
repurchase by the TOWN OF LOS GATOS of land owned by the CENTRAL FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a
regular
meeting held this 15th day of
June 1981, by the following vote:
