A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND COUNTY OF SANTA
CLARA RE WEED ABATEMENT SERVICES.
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the attached amendment
to an agreement between the TOWN OF LOS GATOS and the COUNTY OF SANTA
CLARA entitled "AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE ABATEMENT OF WEEDS
BY THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA FOR THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
at a regular meeting held this 15th _day of June
1981, by the following vote:

AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE
ABATEMENT OF WEEDS BY THE COUNTY OF
SANTA CLARA FOR THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
It is agreed between the COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, State of California
(hereinafter called "COUNTY ") and the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, Santa Clara County,
California (hereinafter called "TOWN ") that Section 5 of the agreement between
the COUNTY and the TOWN for abatement of weeds shall be amended to show that
the COUNTY's administrative cost as forty -five (45 %) percent of the cost for
TOWN parcels of weed abatement services.
This Amendment shall become effective on date of execution.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment
as of June 15th , 1981.
