SCHOOL ZONE - WINCHESTER BOULEVARD
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Chapter
16, "Motor Vehicles and Traffic ", and the California Vehicle Code,
the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulations:
PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 22352, "Prima Facie
Speed Limits ", of the Vehicle Code, a prima facie speed
limit of twenty -five (25) miles per hour while children
are going to or leaving school during opening or closing
hours, or during the noon recess period, is hereby
established on Winchester Boulevard from 360 feet North
of Daves Avenue to 500 feet South of Daves Avenue.
Portions of any Resolutions previously adopted that are in
conflict therewith are herebv rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install
appropriate signs giving notice to the public of this action.
