A RESOLUTION AUTHORING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AND LIFEGUARD, INC., A HEALTH
MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION.
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Town Manager is authorized and is hereby directed to execute the
attached agreement (Group Agreement No. Glll) between the TOWN OF LOS
GATOS and LIFEGUARD, INC., a Health Maintenance Organization serving
the County of Santa Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
at a regular meeting held this 1st day of dune
1981, by the following vote:
