RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH
SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS
enter into that agreement with SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY dated April 20, 1981, concerning the construction, main-
tenance and use of a storm drainage pipeline in, upon, along and
across the property of the Railroad at Knowles Drive and Winchester
Boulevard, a copy of which is attached hereto, and that the Mayor
is authorized, and he is hereby directed, to execute said agreement
in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the ist day of_Jurne 1981, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, MarLyn J. Rasmussen, Brent
N. Ventura and Peter VJ. Siemens
