A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS ACCEPTING FORBES MILL
WHEREAS, the Zoning Agreement dated March 19, 1979 between the Town
of Los Gatos and Forbes Mill Condos, A Partnership, calls for restoration
of the historic Forbes Mill Building, landscaping of the grounds and con-
veyance of Parcel C, as shown on the map of Tract 6700, to the Town of
Los Gatos, and
WHEREAS, Town staff has inspected Parcel C and said building and found
that all of the work required in said agreement has been completed except
for the work listed below.
RESOLVED: That the Town Manager is authorized to execute a certificate
of acceptance and record the deed transferring Parcel C to the Town, in the
Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County when the following have been
done to his satisfaction:
1. Installation of grab bars and other accessories in the
restrooms.
2. Sealing the handrail on the stairway.
3. Completion and sealing of the handrail on the mezzanine.
4. Completion of touch -up painting on the exterior.
5. Completion of the remainder of the work for the irrigation
and landscape installation.
6. Overlay decomposed granite on creek trail.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at
a regular meeting held this 18th day of Liay
1981, by the following vote:
