A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND
THE LOS GATOS POLICE OFFICERS'
ASSOCIATION.
RESOLVED, that the current Memorandum of Understanding signed
by the Town of Los Gatos and the Los Gatos Police Officers' Association
on June 16, 19805 is hereby approved for amendment as indicated in the
attached Memorandum of Understanding dated May 13, 1981.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a re ular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held this 18th day of

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into between the
TOWN OF LOS GATOS ( "Town ") and the POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION ( "PDA ") as
a result of the Town and the Association meeting and conferring under
provisions of the Meyers - Milias -Brown Act.
The Town and POA agree that Article IV of the current Memorandum of
Understanding between the Town and the Association is amended to add a
Section 10(h). That Section 10(h) shall read as follows:
"Effective July 1, 1981, the salary ranges in effect on
June 30, 1981, shall be increased by nine (9%) percent."
No other provision of the existing Memorandum of Understanding shall
be amended at this time.
