RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH
PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY
CONCERNING RELOCATION OF POLES (KNOWLES
DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT).
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into
that agreement entitled, "AGREEMENT TO INSTALL FACILITIES OR PERFORM
OTHER WORK ", with PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a copy of which is
attached hereto, and that the Mayor is authorized, and he is hereby
directed, to execute said agreement in the name and in behalf of the
TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 4th day of _ May , 1981, by
the following vote:

Pacific will perform said work and furnish all necessary labor, appliances, materials and facilities re-
quired therefor, subject to the following conditions:
1. Said work shall be as follows:
(Describe hereunder in detail the materials and facilities to be furnished and /or work to be done. For each facility installed,
specifically indicate whether ownership shall vest in Pacific or Customer upon completion of work. If more space is
required use other side and attach any necessary drawings.)

2. Whenever part or all of said work is to be furnished or performed upon property other than that
of Customer, Customer shall first procure from the owners thereof all rights -of -way and /or permits necessary
therefor in form satisfactory to Pacific and without cost to it.
