RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO.
1981 -77 AND 1981 -78 CONCERNING PARKING
RESTRICTIONS AND HANDICAPPED PARKING
ZONE - LOS GATOS MUSEUM.
WHEREAS, on April 6, 1981 the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos adopted Resolutions No. 1981 -77 and 1981 -78 establishing parking
restrictions and handicapped parking zone at the Los Gatos Museum; and
WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Museum Board of Directors is not in accord
with the restrictions and zoning contained in these resolutions, and
have requested that their implementation be postponed.
RESOLVED, that Town of Los Gatos Resolutions No. 1981 -77 and
1981 -78 are hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 20th day of April
1981, by the following vote:
