RESOLUTION NO. 1981 -91
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND WALTER V. HAYS
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, that the Employment Agreement between the Town and
Walter V. Hays, entered into on January 19, 1981 and approved
in Resolution 1981 -15, may be amended as provided in the First
Amendment to Employment Agreement attached hereto; and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute said contract on behalf
of the Town.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 20th day of April 1981, by the
following vote:

FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT OF JANUARY 19, 1981
IT IS HEREBY AGREED that the Employment Agreement of January 19,
1981, approved by the Town Council as Resolution No. 1981 -15, is
amended to reword Paragraph 4 -d to read as follows:
"d. Expenses in connection with League of
California Cities meetings, and such other
meetings, conferences and continuing education
programs (relating to municipal law) approved
by the Town Council."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on
