A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Harry Folberg has duly and regularly filed an appeal with
the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission as follows:
Denial of Architecture and Site application S- 79 -31B for retaining wall con-
struction and grading at 16505 South Kennedy Road.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on April 20,1981.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the Town
Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is affirmed and the
appeal. denied.
=URTHER RESOLVED: The applicant snail_ reconstruct the illega t y graded
ni11 and landscape it to avoid erosion and improve the hill's appearance, with
Provisions guaranteeing maintenance for a few years, all to the satisfaction of
the Public Works Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos this 20th day of April, 1981, by the following votes:
