A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING
THE TOWN ATTORNEY TO FILE SUIT TO ENJOIN
AERIAL SPRAYING OF MALATHION UNTIL
ALL REQUIREMENTS OF LAW ARE MET
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
hereby RESOLVES that the Town Attorney, Walter V. Hays,
is hereby authorized to file suit in the Federal District
Court in San Francisco, on behalf of the Town and any
other entities that choose to join, to enjoin all agencies
that are contemplating participation in any program of
aerial spraying of malathion over the Town or any other
area in Santa Clara County, from engaging in said spraying
until a proper environmental analysis has been made under
NEPA and CEQA, and all other requirements of law have
been met.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the Ot'n day of
Aril _, 1981, by the following vote:
