A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Ernest L. Miller, has duly and regularly filed an
appeal with the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning
Commission as follows: denial of an Architecture and Site application
for a garage expansion at 301 Oak Meadow Drive.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
April 6, 1951.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of
the Town Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of 1;he Town Planning Commission, is affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos this 6th day of April, 1951, by the fol lowing vote:
