A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Michael Silva has duly and regularly filed an appeal.
with the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission
as follows: approval of a Conditional Use Permit; to operate a delicatessen
in the Lyndon Plaza complex at 20 S. Santa Cruz Avenue.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
April 6, 1981.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of
the Town. Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GA'TOS this 6th day of April, 1981, by the following
