A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS CONCERNING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAND
USE ELEMENT AND LAND USE PLAN OF THE GENERAL
PLAN IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA
WHEREAS, under Government Code section 65355, the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos conducted a public hearing for consideration of amendments
to the General Plan for the University and Edelen area commencing on February
17, 1981 and continued to March 16, 1981, and for the remainder of the area
on March 16, 1981, and
WHEREAS, during this hearing the Town Council considered amendments to
the Land Use Element and Land Use Plan shown in Resolutions 81 -1 and 81 -2
of the Planning Commission.
RESOLVED: The Town Council adopts the amendments shown on the attached
Exhibits A through E.
FURTHER RESOLVED: The Town Council finds that the amendments shown on
the attached Exhibits A through E will not have a significant impact on the
environment, and makes the Negative Declaration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at a
regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1981, by the following vote:
