A RESOLUTION AMENDING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AND LOCAL 101 OF THE AMERICAN
FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (CORPORATION YARD UNIT).
WHEREAS, the TOWN OF LOS GATOS has entered into a Memorandum of Under-
standing with Local 101 of the AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE,
COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES: and
WHEREAS, officials of the Town and of Local 101 (AFSCME) have met and
conferred concerning an amendment to that Memorandum of
Understanding; and
WHEREAS, both parties wish to amend the current Memorandum of Under-
standing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding between
the Town of Los Gatos and the American Federation of State, County and
Municipal Employees Local 101, dated July 29, 1980, is hereby amended so
that Article IV, Section (d), provides for an effective date of September 1,
1981, rather than July 1, 1981.
