RESOLUTION NO. 1981 -30
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS -
BROADWAY EXTENSION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
WHEREAS, this Council determined to issue serial bonds to represent
unpaid assessments in proceedings conducted under and pursuant to its
Resolution of Intention No. 1980 -120, adopted on September 2, 1980, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received a written offer for the purchase
of the bonds to represent said unpaid assessments, and, in the opinion of
this Council, the best interests of the assessment district will not be
served by soliciting additional offers therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL HEREBY ORDERS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the sale of said bonds is hereby awarded to
M. L. Stern & Company Inc.
subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in said written offer
for the purchase of the bonds.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said bonds to be
prepared in accordance with the proceedings of this Council and that the
Treasurer shall cause the same to be executed and delivered to said purchaser
upon receipt of the purchase price therefor and upon the performance of
the conditions contained in said written offer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 17th day of February , 1981,
