RESOLUTION NO. 1981 -26
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND
MODIFICATIONS - BROADWAY EXTENSION
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1981 -13 of this Council ordering
same, adopted on January 19, 1981, notice has been duly given of the
intention of this Council to chance and modify the proceedings under
Resolution of Intention No. 1980 -120 adopted on September 2, 1980, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, 2 persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all
matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1.
All
protests
and objections be,
and
they are hereby, overruled.
2.
The
changes
and modifications in
the
proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention, as amended, be made and had, all as more
particularly described and set forth in said Resolution No. 1981 -13
adopted January 19, 1981.
