A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF THE ICMA DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
AND PARTICIPATION IN SAID PLAN BY THE
TOWN MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos has in its employ the Town Manager; and
WHEREAS, the Manager is and will be rendering valuable services to the
Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town has considered the establishment of a Deferred Compen-
sation Plan for the Town Manager made available to the Town and
to the Manager by the International City Management Association
Retirement Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Los Gatos establishes
said Deferred Compensation Plan for the Town Manager and hereby
authorizes the Mayor to execute the Deferred Compensation Plan
with the International City Management Association Retirement
Corporation, attached hereto as Appendix 1; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor may, on behalf of the Town, execute
all joinder agreements with the Town Manager which are necessary
for the Manager to participate in the Plane
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA,
at a regular meeting held this 19th day of January
1981, by the following vote:
