A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT
WITH COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPERS,
INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter that
Contract for Services with Community Housing Developers,
Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized and
is hereby directed to execute said contract in the name and
in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a re -ular meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on
the _ 15th day of December 1980, by the follow-
ing vote:
