RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING SECTION 24.40.030
OF ORDINANCE NO. 1477 BY AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO ISSUE SUBPENAS IN BLANK FOR USE
IN MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION HEARINGS,
SUBJECT TO PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL BY THE
TOWN ATTORNEY.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that pursuant
to the authority vested in the Town Council by Government Code No. 37104,
and in implementation of §24.40.030 of Ordinance No. 1477, the Mayor is
authorized to issue subpenas in blank as requested by the Town Attorney,
and Mediators duly appointed and under contract with the Town are authorized
to arrange for service of said subpenas upon obtaining written approval from
the Town Attorney.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a continued regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of December 1980, by
the following vote:
