A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Bonnie Simpkins, Elizabeth V. Enfantino and Robert Hamilton
has duly and regularly filed an appeal with the 'Town. Council, from a decision of
the Town Planning Commission as follows: Decision not to require an Environmental
Impact Report on Zone Change from RM:5 -12 and "0" to ICA:7 -12 -PD for a 115 unit
apartment complex to be built at 612 W. Parr Avenue and 'known as Villa Vasona.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on December 1,
1980.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the Town
Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is affirmed on the ground
that all potential significant environmental impacts will be adequately mitigated,
by conditions imposed on the project.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS this 1st day of December, 1980, by the following votes:
