A RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH HUGHES, HEISS & ASSOC.
PROVIDING FOR AN ANALYSIS OF TOWN
ATTORNEY POSITION.
RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
authorized to execute the attached Addendum to an Agreement with
Hughes, Heiss & Associates of San Mateo, California, providing for
an analysis of the position of Town Attorney, said Addendum
extending said Agreement for a period of fifteen days ending
November 15, 1980.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 3rd
day of November , 1980, by the following vote:

ADDENDUM
The Agreement dated September 26th , 1980, between the
Town of Los Gatos and Hughes, Heiss & Associates of San Mateo,
California, providing for an analysis of the position of Town
Attorney, shall hereby be extended until November 15, 1980, under
the same terms and conditions as said Agreement (copy of which is
attached hereto).
