A RESOLUTION 140DIFYING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Arnold C. loyal, Jr., has duly and regularly filed an
appeal with the Town Council., from a decision of the Town Planning Commission
as follows: Denial of Conditional Use Permit application U -80 -17 requesting
use of alternating parking for an office use and Architecture and Site
application S- 80 -51.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on October
27, 1980.
WHEREAS, the 'Town Council has determined that the decision of the
Town Planning Commission should be modified.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is modified, as the
Council finds that the existing use of the basement at 14 West Main Street
for an office not to exceed five employees is a nonconforming use which
commenced prior to March 23, 1966.
FURTHER RESOLVED: The decision of the Town Planning Commission
denying the Conditional Use Permit; application U -80 -17 and Architecture and
Site application S -80 -51 is affirmed.

TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 27[th day of October, 1980, by the following votes:
