HANDICAPPED PARKING - BACHMAN AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -60,
"Parking Spaces for Handicapped Persons ", the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos does hereby establish the following traffic regulation:
HANDICAPPED PARKING
One (1) handicapped parking space is hereby established on the
south side of Bachman Avenue, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A"
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 27th day of October , 1980, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Marlyn J. Rasmussen, Peter W. Siemens,
N. Ventura, and Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon
