RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1971 -1
RESOLVED, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby
rescind Resolution No. 1971 -1, which established a bus loading zone on Nino
Avenue.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to remove curb markings,
thus giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 27th day of October
1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Marlyn J. Rasmussen Peter W. Siemens
rent N. Ventura, and Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
