FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES is dated for identification
this 5 th day of June 201 8 and amends that certain AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES dated April 26 ,
201 8 , made by and between the Town of Los Gatos , ("Town,") and Statewide Traffic Safety & Signs
(“Service Provider .”)
RECITALS
A. Town and Service Provider entered into an Agreement for Services in the amount of $50,000
for Summer Cut Through Traffic Control on April 26, 2018 , (“Agreement ”), a copy of whi ch
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment 1 to this Amendmen t .
B. Town desires to amend the Agreement to provide additional compensation for the remaining
bid amount of $7,380.
AMENDMENT
1. Section 2.6 Compensation is amended to read a s follows :
Increase c ompensation for serv ices in an amount not to exceed $7,380, for a total
contract amount not to exceed $57,380, inclusive of all costs. Payment shall be
based upon Town approval of each task.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agr eement remain in full force and effect.
