A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION
OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Barbara Van Derveer, has duly and regularly filed an
appeal with the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning
Commission as follows: Appeal of Planning Commission's denial of Variance
Application V -80 -3 reducing the side yard setbacks and planter widths
in a parking area at 259 University Avenue.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
October 6, 1980.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of
the Town Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE T01AIN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 6th day of October, 1980, by the following
