A RESOLUTION MODIFYING A DECISION
OF THE TOWN PLANNING CONII ISSION
WHEREAS, on September 3rd, 1980, Sharon Anne Gies, filed an appeal with
the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission approving a
Negative Declaration, Lot Merger (M- 80- 22) and Architecture and Site approval
(S- 80 -54) for an office building at 16190 Los Gatos Boulevard.
WHEREAS, The Town Council has determined that the decision of the Town
Planning Commission regarding the Negative Declaration and Lot Merger should be
sustained.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the Town
Planning Commission regarding the Architecture and Site approval should be
modified.
FURTHER RESOLVED:
Architecture and Site approval 5 -80 -54 is remanded to the Planning
Commission and Development Review Committee so that the Applicant can redesign
the project so the entrance would be on Los Gatos Boulevard and incorporate
additional trees on the Los Gatos Boulevard frontage.

OF LOS GATOS this 6th day of October, 1980, by the following votes:
