RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 1980 -109, DETERMINING NOT TO CALL
A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 4, 1980
TO SUBMIT A MEASURE TO THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN
ON THE ISSUE OF WHETHER THE TOWN SHOULD SELL LAND
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FEDERALLY SUBSIDIZED RENTAL
HOUSING
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
that Resolution No. 1980 -109, which called for a special
municipal election to be held on November 4, 1980 for the
purpose of submitting a measure to the electors of the Town
regarding the issue of whether or not the Town should sell
land for construction of federally subsidized rental housing,
is hereby rescinded.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 15th day of September , 1980,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Peter W. Siemens Brent N Ventura,
Thomas J. Ferrite
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS Ruth Cannon, and Marlyn J. Rasmussen
ABSTAIN: COUNCILMEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS None
