RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 1980 -107 AND DETERMINING NOT TO
CALL A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON THE ISSUE
OF WHETHER OR NOT TO LEVY AN ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
LICENSE ON APARTMENTS.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, that Resolution No. 1980 -107, which called for a
special municipal election to be on November 4, 1980
for the purpose of submitting a measure to the electors of
the Town regarding the issue of whether or not to levy an
additional business license tax on certain apartments in the
Town, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 15th day of _September
1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Ruth Cannon, ikarLyn J. Rasmussen,
Peter W. Siemens and Thomas J. Ferrite
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCILMEMBERS Brent N. Ventura
