A RESOLUTION REVERSING A DECISION OF TILE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Betty L. Anderson has duly and regularly filed an appeal
with the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission as
follows: approval of a two -lot subdivision of a .53 acre parcel located on
the east side of Bonnie Lane, addressed as 16436 Bonnie Lane.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on September
15, 1980.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the
Town Planning Commission should be reversed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the 'Town Planning Commission, is reversed, as the
designer improvement of the proposed subdivision is not consistent with the
applicable general specific plans; the site is not physically suitable for
the type of development; the site is not physically suitable for the proposed
density of development; and it would destroy the existing character of the
neighborhood.
