A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUT`HORIZLNG THE EXTENSION OF A CONTRACT FOR TRANSPORTATION
SYSTEM OPERATION -- SMALL BU'S PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos has a contract with West Valley ASSIST
to administer the Town's Small Bus Program;
BE IT Ti- IEREFORE RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
does hereby authorize the extension of one month to the Small Bus Program
contract and herebydirects and designates the Mayor of the Town of Los Gatos
as the authorized representative of the Town to act in connection with the
contract between the Town of Los Gatos and West Valley ASSIST.

SMALL BUS PROGRAM
This is an addendum to the contract between the Town of Los Gatos
(Town) and West Valley Action Services for Study and Implementation of
Special Tasks, Inc. (ASSIST), a California corporation.
The parties agree:
I. An extension to October 31, 1980 of the existing small bus
program contract.
