PARKING RESTRICTION - LOS GATOS BOULEVARD
RESOLVED:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED.
Stopping, standing, or parking of a motor vehicle AT ALL TIMES
is hereby prohibited along portions of both sides of Los Gatos
Boulevard, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any Resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings, giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of September , 1980, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, MarLyn J. Rasmussen,
Peter W. Siemens, Brent N. Ventura, and Thomas J. Ferrito
