A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
FIXING BOND SERVICE TAX RATES.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that tax rates
for fiscal year 1980 -81 for bond services upon each $100 of assessed valua-
tion of property within the Town are hereby fixed as follows:

The Town Clerk shall immediately transmit to the County Controller of
Santa Clara County a statement of the rates fixed.
This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days of
its adoption in the Los Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer pursuant to
Section 36936.1 of the Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of September ,
1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Ruth Cannon, Marlyn J. Rasmussen,
Peter W. Siemens, Brent N. Ventura, and
Thomas J. Ferrito
