SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT AMONG COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA,
CITY OF CAMPBELL, AND TOWN OF LOS GATOS RELATING TO
INSTALLATION OF SIGNALIZATION EQUIPMENT AT MORE
AVENUE AND POLLARD ROAD.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into that
agreement entitled, "SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT AMONG COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, CITY
OF CAMPBELL, AND TOWN OF LOS GATOS RELATING TO INSTALLATION OF SIGNALIZATION
EQUIPMENT AT MORE AVENUE AND POLLARD ROAD ", with the County of Santa Clara.
and City of Campbell, a copy of which is attached hereto, and that the Mayor
is authorized, and he is hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the
name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of September 1980, by the
following vote:

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT AMONG COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, CITY OF
CAMPBELL, AND TOWN OF LOS GATOS RELATING TO INSTALLATION OF
SIGNALIZATION EQUIPMENT AT MORE AVENUE AND POLLARD ROAD
This agreement, made and entered into this day of
1980, by and among the COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, a political subdivision of
the State of California ( "COUNTY ''), the CITY OF CAMPBELL, a municipal cor-
poration of the State of California ( "CITY "), and the TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a
municipal corporation of the State of California ( "TOWN '').
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the parties aforementioned that it
would be for and in the best interest of the residents of the COUNTY, CITY
and TOWN that the intersection of More Avenue and Pollard Road have in-
stalled vehicular traffic control signalization equipment for the protection
of persons and property; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been entered into by and between the above
jurisdictions for the installation of said improvements; and
WHEREAS, that agreement terminates on June 30, 1980, due to a delay in
the contract awarding date; and
WHEREAS, it is determined that the parties aforementioned desire to
continue with the project in an orderly manner;
IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED that this supplemental agreement shall extend
the aforesaid termination date of the previous agreement until January 1,
1981. All other terms of the aforementioned existing agreement shall
remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement
the day and year hereinabove set forth.
