A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Elmer Chapson has duly and regularly filed an appeal.
with the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission
as follows: approval of the construction of a lighted tennis court at
15690 Gum Tree Lane.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
August 4, 1980.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of
the Town Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the 'Town Planning Cozmnission, is affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF 'THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 4th day of August, 1980 by the following
votes:
