A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Stephen Thomas has duly and regularly filed an appeal
with the Pown
Coi-Lnuil,
from a decision
of the
Town Planning Commission
as follows:
denial
of
Conditional Use
Permit
and Architecture and Site
application to allow a bar and restaurant at 37 North Santa Cruz Avenue.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on
August 4, 1980.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of
the Town Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 4th day of August, L980 by the following
