TWO -HOUR PARKING - UNION AVENUE
RESOLVED:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -53, "Restricted
Parking Zones - Two -Hour Parking ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
does hereby establish the following traffic regulation:
TWO -HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between the hours
of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. of any day, except Sundays and Holidays,
for a period of time longer than Two (2) Hours, on the West side
of Union Avenue, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A ".
This Resolution supersedes and voids portions of any previously- adopted
resolutions in conflict herewith.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate
signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, held on the 21st day of July , 1980,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS MarLyn J. Rasmussen, Peter W. Siemens, Brent
N. Ventura and Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
