A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION OF THE
TOWN PLANNING CO]U111ISSION
WHEREAS, Robert D. Miller has duly and regularly filed an appeal with
the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission as follows:
Approval of the expansion of an existing auto repair shop at 17470 Shelburne Way.
Specifically deletion or modification of condition number 4.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on June 16,1980.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the Town
Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is affirmed and Planning
Commission condition number 4 remains in effect as follows: The applicant shall .
file a parcel map (combining the parcels) to the satisfaction of the Town
Engineer or enter into an agreement to merge the properties at a future date.
The agreement shall be in a form acceptable to the Town Attorney.
FURTHER RESOLVED:
All other conditions of the approval remain in effect.
