A RESOLUTION MODIFYING A
DECISION OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Robert E. Lee has duly and regularly filed an appeal with
the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission as follows:
approval of architecture and site application 5- 80 -11, to allow for construction
of an office building on property at 340 University Avenue.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on May 19, 1980;
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the Town
Planning Commission should be modified:
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission is modified to add the
following condition:
8. The applicant shall install striping and raised traffic bars in
University Avenue, in order to prohibit left turns into and out
of the property and any necessary signing, all as deemed necessary
by the Town Engineer.
FURTHER RESOLVED: All other conditions remain as determined by the
Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 19thday of May, 1980 , by the following votes:
