A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A
SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH GATES, McDONALD AND
COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved that the Mayor of the
Town of Los Gatos is hereby authorized to execute the attached
"AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT" on behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
at a regular meeting held this 19th day of May ,
1980, by the following vote:
