RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREaENT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF 612 W. PARR AVE.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESOLVES:
The mayor is authorized to execute an agreement for the
purchase of 612 W. Parr Ave. The agreement is to be signed by
the mayor after it has been signed by the other parties.
PASSED at an adjourned regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on tle 28 —day of April, 1980, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS_ Mar Lyn J. Rasr�ussen,
Peter W. Siemens, Brent N, Ventura and Thomas J. Ferrito
