RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
A REQUEST FOR RECONVEVANCE OF A
DEED OF TRUST
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RESOLVES:
The mayor is authorized to execute a full reconveyance
of the deed of trust dated November 21, 1979, recorded
November 30, 1979 in Book E982 at Page 423 of Official Records,
in the office of the county recorder of Santa Clara County,
California, in which Gerald W. Taylor and Peggy J. Taylor are
trustors and the Town of Los Gatos is beneficiary.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town attorney is authorized to
deliver the request for reconveyance, and the original note
and deed of trust to Golden State Title Company as escrow with
instructions that the delivery is conditional and the reconveyance
is to be recorded only when the full balance of the loan from the
Town of Los Gatos to Gerald W. Taylor and Peggy J. Taylor is paid.
PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the _ 21s1, day of April, 1980, by the
following vote:

A judgment was rendered on July 31, 1978 in the above
action in favor of TOWN OF LOS GATOS, plaintiff, and against
SHIRLEY JOYCE TAYLOR, GINGER BARNES MILLER, GERALD W. TAYLOR and
PEGGY J. TAYLOR, defendants. The judgment was entered on July 31,
1978 in the Judgment Book Volume No. XVIII, page 232, and an
abstract of the judgment was recorded in the office of the county
recorder in the County of Santa Clara, California, on January 22,
1980 in Volume No. F97 of Official Records at Pate 70 and the
judgment has been fully paid and discharged in the sum of $_
TOWN OF LOS GATOS hereby releases any and all property
located in the County of Santa Clara, California from all claim to
or interest in such property or any part of it that it may have
under the above - recorded judgment and from all lien or encumbrance
that has attached to it by the recordation of.the abstract of
