RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFERS OF DEDICATION,
TRACT 5920.
WHEREAS, the subdividers of Tract 5920 offered for dedication a portion
of Oka Lane and a portion of Mozart Avenue, and easements, all as shown on
the Subdivision Map for Tract 5920 recorded April 21, 1977 in Book 393 at
Page 38 of Official Records, Santa Clara County.
RESOLVED, that all offers of dedication of streets and easements and
the relinquishment of abutters' rights shown on the map of Tract 5920 are
hereby accepted by the Town of Los Gatos, and the Town Clerk is hereby
directed to record a copy of this resolution in the Office of the County
Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 17th day of March , 1980
by the following vote:
