BUS LOADING ZONE - WINCHESTER BOULEVARD
RESOLVED:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Chapter 16, "Motor Vehicles
and Traffic ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulations:
BUS LOADING ZONE
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 16 -78, "Bus Loading Zones",
a Bus Loading Zone is hereby established on the east side of
Winchester Boulevard south of Farley Road, as indicated on the
attached Exhibit "A ".
Resolution No. 1974 -40 adopted April 15, 1974, is hereby amended as
follows:
Bus Loading Zone No, 2, as shown on Exhibit 'IA ", is eliminated.
The Public Works Director is hereby instructed to install appropriate signs
and /or curb markings, giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, held on the 3rd day of March 1980,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, Mardi Gua_ltier_i_,
Peter W. Siemens and John B. Lochner
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
