A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING A DECISION
OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Clifford C. Beck, has duly and regularly filed an appeal with
the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission as follows:
denial of time extension for previous approval of 3 -lot subdivision at 15780
Kennedy Road.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Council on March 3,1980.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of -the Town
Planning Commission should be affirmed.
BE IT RESOLVED:
The decision of the Town Planning Commission, is affirmed as property
has been rezoned and current coning will not allow the proposed subdivision. The
applicant had a valid tentative subdivision map for (2) one year periods and failed
to record the map during that time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS this 3rd day of March 1980, by the following vote:

Siemens and John B. Lochner
